We collect only what we need to run a session well: contact name, email, phone, student name, date of birth, and any medical or learning notes you choose to share.

We use this information to confirm your place, contact you about the session, and keep an attendance and payment record. We do not sell student data.

Photo and media consent is optional and stored separately from these terms. You can say no and still register.
